The GL Series is produced in the FANTY workshop alongside our full range of decoilers, straighteners, feeders and presses. Every unit goes through the same controlled build sequence before it is released for shipment.

Coil is placed on the mandrel and gripped by hydraulic or pneumatic expansion.

Uncoil & straighten
Strip passes through straightener rollers that remove coil curvature.

Feed to press
Servo feeder advances the strip to the exact pitch length every cycle.

Press forms the part while the feeder holds position.
