Assembled, Test-Run and Packed in Our Factory

The NCP Series is produced in the FANTY workshop alongside our full range of decoilers, straighteners, feeders and presses. Every unit goes through the same controlled build sequence before it is released for shipment.

    Strip entry

    Material is guided into the feeder from the upstream coil line.

  2. 02

    Clamp & feed

    Rollers or grippers clamp and advance the strip by the programmed pitch.

  3. 03

    Press stroke

    The press stamps while the feeder holds position.

  4. 04

    Release & return

    Feeder releases and returns to the start position for the next cycle.
